Our client was working with a national government to set up a new gaming licensing and taxation authority and sought external support to develop a Governance and Compliance Framework suitable for assessing applicants for gaming/gambling licenses and on-boarding successful applicants.
Lysis worked with our client to define an appropriate risk management approach for the potential licensees and then developed and documented a Governance and Compliance Control Framework to deliver the risk model and support the on-boarding and on-going monitoring of successful applicants.
